Seebugrer AG is a German software company specializing in the sphere of
B2B integration. My duties include translating from German into English
a wide array of documents including (but not restricted to): contracts,
technical & business presentations, also revising and updating
training materials and software user manuals and building a
terminological database for future use. At the moment I am doing a
6-month internship at the headquarters of Seeburger in Bretten.

The work included mainly compiling multi-lingual computer dictionaries (Polyglot TM),
testing the software and providing customer support as well as
translation of business documentation, websites, menus of software
products (in English and German) and some customer-specific accounting
reports. Apart from that, I was responsible for coordinating the work
in the department and preparing advertising materials both for printing
and the web. |

I assisted the organisation by taking part in the preparation of
fund-raising projects, by editing and proofreading newsletter articles
and by gathering useful information on topics relevant to their work.
